Located in the heart of southern Louisiana, Copper Mill Country Club is a 51,000 square foot clubhouse. The Clubhouse is designed to evoke the classic charm of an antebellum plantation with tall floor-to-ceiling windows, wrought-iron columns and railings, curving stairways and broad porches surrounding the Clubhouse, providing panoramic view of the golf course. All of the materials used in the Club are authentic to the Louisiana Plantation Style.The Club includes a New Orleans-inspired casual restaurant and bar are designed to be a destination dining experience for the region. The restaurant includes a display kitchen that overlooks the entire kitchen allowing guests to view food preparation as they watch the executive chef prepare their meal. The private dining room resembles a period wine cellar and includes a barrel-vaulted ceiling. The bistro is designed to resemble a French quarter outdoor dining experience and is adjacent to the outdoor grill where pig roasts and crawfish boils are prepared.
